The first thing you'll need to do is to complete the main story missions. Only then will this DLC's side mission become available.
During this stage, you'll simply have to complete the sole mission (and challenge tomb that comes with it) this DLC includes. You can access this mission once you've completed all main story missions.
Once you complete the side mission, you'll obtain the Magic Touch skill, the Silver Strike - Moonbeam bow , and the Midnight Sentinel - Farseer outfit . Equip the bow and the outfit for a quick trophy.
From the main menu, you can access the challenge tomb 'Mother Protector ' (the very same you completed during the side mission). Replay it in both Score Attack and Time Attack mode with a bronze rating or above.
In case you haven't left this DLC for last, you'll have to complete whichever DLC side mission you're missing for the final trophy.

Once you've completed the main story, you can access this mission. To start it, go talk to Abby outside the destroyed church in San Juàn. You can find her on the map marked with the side mission symbol with a special mark on it (as shown in the image below). If you've purchased the Definitive Edition, the mark will be of an eclipse instead. 
This mission includes a Challenge Tomb which isn't too difficult, but if you happen to get stuck you can use the speedrun of it as a reference which is located under the 
Chel Game trophy.

You'll come across this tomb while working on this DLC's side mission and you'll need to clear it in order to finish the mission.

For this trophy, you'll need to clear this DLC's tomb's Time Attack challenge in under 13 minutes. This mode is accessed from the 'Challenge Tombs ' section in the main menu once you've beaten that same Challenge Tomb in the main game.
The tomb itself and its mechanics don't change at all. You only need to watch out for the timer in the upper right corner. You may choose to invite a friend or stranger online to tackle this challenge in co-op, but it's not necessary for the trophy.

This trophy tasks you to clear this DLC's tomb's Score Attack challenge whilst scoring at least 200,000 points. In order to access this mode, check the 'Challenge Tombs ' section from the main menu once you've beaten the same Challenge Tomb in the main game.
The tomb's layout doesn't change at all in this mode, however, this mode adds a score counter in the upper right corner. You gain score points by touching blue flames and shooting red lanterns scattered throughout the level. If you keep gaining points in a row you'll gain a multiplier which will keep increasing if you're fast enough. Try to build up the multiplier as much as possible but don't stress too much over it as your target score for this trophy is pretty low and doesn't require a perfect run by a long shot.
Just like its time attack counterpart, this mode supports online co-op so you can tackle this challenge with a friend or stranger although it is not required for the trophy.

Equip the Silver Strike - Moonbeam bow , and the Midnight Sentinel - Farseer outfit once you've completed the 'Eternal Reward' side mission to unlock this trophy. Both of these pieces of equipment, along with the Magic Touch skill, are rewarded for completing the side mission.
If you've purchased the Definitive Edition or one of the DLC outfits, then make sure that both the bow and the outfit have the hyphen and the respective sub-name next to them (Moonbeam for the bow and Farseer for the outfit) as there are alternative versions of these pieces of equipment that don't count towards the trophy.
