Housing online

​​This is our online site for housing tenants and housing applicants where you can:

• Fill in a housing application form
• Update your email and contact details

• Check your account balances, including rent, former tenant and rechargeable repair accounts​​
  
• Check your transactions
• Check your statement
• View your payment schedule
• Make a payment by debit or credit card
  

How to register

Registering is easy, all you have to do is click on the 'Login to Housing Online' button and follow the simple instructions.

If you are a current Cardiff Council tenant, have a former Cardiff Council tenant account, a Cardiff Council rechargeable repair account or have previously applied for Housing please register by selecting the 'Existing applicants and tenants - Sign Up' button.

You will need:

• Your person reference number - this should be available on any recent correspondence in relation to the account and is a 6 digit number
• An active email address
  

If you do not know your person reference number

For tenants of Cadwyn, Cardiff Community Housing Association, Hafod, Linc Cymru, Newydd, Wales and West, United Welsh and Taff Housing Association, y ou will need to cont act your Housin g Association directly to ask them for your person reference number.

For Cardiff Council tenants or if you are known to the Housing Department, please email rentaccountsonline@cardiff.gov.uk ​o r housingapplicationonline@cardiff.gov.uk p roviding your full name and address and we will forward your person reference number to you by post.
